PAAWS is an Animal Rescue that does not have a Shelter. All of our animals live in Volunteer Foster homes until placement. Space is always limited. If you are Surrendering an animal adopted from PAAWS we will prioritize getting the animal into a Foster Home however cannot guarantee immediate space in a Volunteer's home. We will work with you as best we can.
As foster home space permits, we do take in owner surrenders. If you are in need of help, please fill out the surrender form. We reserve the right to deny a surrender for any reason.
We do not have a "surrender fee", however, we do accept and appreciate donations whether they be monetary or supply donations to help care for the animal being surrendered. We are accepting surrenders on a case by case basis as space permits as we do not have a shelter. You will be contacted within 3 days if we can accept the surrender.
